Collections Representative - Remote
Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to collect payments on past due accounts
- Accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts
- Securing payments on accounts that are past due
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years previous call center experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- FDCPA knowledge preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone
Work Location
This is a remote/work from home position.
Compensation
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
