About the role

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing educational programs and services for students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative educational strategies to improve student learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate technology into teaching and learning environments.
• Evaluate educational programs and provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
• Provide professional development opportunities for educators and support staff.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in educational administration or teaching.
• Experience with educational technology and proficiency in using relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply educational data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with educational assessment tools.
• Knowledge of educational standards and accreditation processes.
