Job Responsibilities

Negotiate to develop and propose payment plans or solutions beneficial for both the customer and the bank.
Apply critical thinking to select and implement solutions for resolving delinquent accounts, considering customer eligibility and circumstances.
Navigate computer systems efficiently to retrieve and manage account information while staying engaged with customers.
