Collections Analyst

Join a well-established, large-scale communications and technology manufacturer with a strong finance and shared services function supporting global operations. This team plays a critical role in keeping revenue and receivables clean across a large, complex customer base.

Responsibilities

• Investigate root causes behind chargebacks and invoicing errors
• Notify customers of invalid chargebacks and pursue recovery
• Lead collections efforts on disputed accounts against performance targets
• Enforce dispute and deduction policies to protect receivables
• Support system and reporting tool improvements
• Participate in projects tied to invoicing and order processing enhancements
• Resolve disputes quickly to minimize bad debt and losses
• Keep leadership informed on ongoing account issues
• Request credit and debit memos promptly to maintain clean receivables
• Maintain documentation for assigned controlled processes

Requirements

• Associate degree and 5 or more years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, or corporate collections
• Hands-on experience with SAP
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10 or more years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, or corporate collections
• Experience with SharePoint for documentation and workflow

Pay

$25.11/hr

Schedule

Hybrid, onsite for initial training period
