About the role
The Collections Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing the company’s accounts receivable to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt for North America. This role involves monitoring overdue accounts, conducting credit and collection activities, and collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze the company’s accounts receivable to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
