Collection Specialist

Responsibilities
- Maintain customer relationships via phone and computer.
- Review applications and identify opportunities to renew customer agreements.
- Make phone calls to customers regarding expired agreements and references on expired accounts.
- Assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment.
- Schedule voluntary turn‑ins of merchandise.
- Go into the field to pick up product and distribute door hangers.
- Handle challenging opportunities quickly while providing top‑notch customer service.
- Multitask while managing call pace and staying focused on the customer to meet weekly goals.
Requirements
- Experience as a rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent‑to‑own.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Professional communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus).
- Strong computer and phone skills.

Pay
Average Collections Specialist makes $16.00 to $20.68 in total with bonuses.
Schedule
Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑6:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am‑3:30 pm with one weekday off each week and Sundays off.
