Collection Specialist

Job Type Full-time Description JOB SUMMARY The Collection Manager provides primary collection support to all Gunton Corporation Divisions across multiple states. They will work alongside the collection team and division manager to ensure a successful process. General Responsibilities Call on, find solutions, and collect on past due accountsCollection activities can include, but are not limited to: generating letters, making telephone calls, and supporting legal actionUse multiple software to maintain a consistent workflow and an effective collections processRun an AR portfolio, staying up to date with changesAbility to run reports related to the collections processAdditional duties as assigned by the manager REPORTING RELATIONSHIP Reports to Corporate Credit Manager Minimum Qualifications Previous collections experienceMust be willing to work in office Preferred Qualifications College degreePrevious credit experiencePrevious managerial experience Gunton Corporation is pleased to be an equal employment employer.
