We encourage employees to push boundaries and help solve critical, world-changing federal challenges.Position SummaryCredence has an immediate need for a Collateral Security Manager at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Engineering Directorate (AFLCMC/EN-EZ) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The Engineering Directorate (AFLCMC/EN-EZ) has the collective AFMC mission responsibility for preeminent engineering expertise to acquire and support war-winning capabilities. To meet current and projected workload requirements in support of AFLCMC/EN-EZ, the Government must augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support.AFLCMC/EN-EZ is headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) OH with major units located at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) FL, and Hanscom AFB, (HAFB) MA, as well as additional locations across the United States (US). The Engineering Directorate is currently organized into the following divisions.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:Provide administrative, Acquisition Security, Personnel Security, Industrial Security, Information Security, Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP), and Operations Security (OPSEC) support to the DirectorateAssist with receiving classified materials, as required, in direct support of the Engineering DirectorateAssist with evaluating issues as they arise, providing recommended courses of action, and preparing correspondence, briefing materials, and other documentation in support of the DirectorateAssist with communicating technical guidance received from the Chief of Security to Government and Contractor personnel in areas of planning, implementation, and progress reportingAssist with conducting studies and analyses as directed by the Chief of SecurityMaintain records for all personnel, including incoming and outgoing visits, and maintain an Automated Information System (AIS) databaseAdministratively process visit requests and coordinate visit requests with other program officesAssist the Chief of Security with in-processing new employees and preparing Entry Authorization Forms (AF Form 2586)Assist in processing military, civilian, and contractor personnel assigned to the organization through the Defense Information Security System (DISS)Assist in tracking investigation and reinvestigation due dates, initiating and submitting AF Form 2583, and tracking investigation progress through DISSAssist the Operations Security Monitor in developing, maintaining, and overseeing the OPSEC programAssist in establishing an operations security working group to develop and implement an operations security planAssist with preparing various documentation and charts for Government review and approvalPrepare briefing documents and develop spreadsheets, databases, and other tools to organize, store, retrieve, and report dataUse electronic media to distribute charts and documents to customersAssist in planning, formulating, editing, developing, publishing, and distributing finished products, including organizational documentation, reports, briefings, and other technical and non-technical presentations in classified and unclassified formats, as required Requirements Requirements:Must have an active or current Secret security clearanceMaster's or Doctorate degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoDOR bachelor's degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoDOR fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) years of which must be in the DoD Why This Role MattersReal-World Impact — Your work will support defense and health agencies where AI solutions directly contribute to national security and public well-being.Growth-Oriented Environment — Learn from technical leaders, innovate within Agentic AI, and mentor those around you in AI best practices.Culture of Empowerment — You'll be part of a team that values innovation, trust, collaboration, and mission success.
