Security Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic and tactical operations for Honeywell’s non-U.S. government security compliance programs.
  • Serve as Honeywell’s supply chain security experts and CTPAT Administrator to ensure internal processes and procedures are developed to meet U.S. government requirements.
  • Ensure programs, processes, resources, and facilities meet and exceed required standards, with ongoing audits and readiness checks.
  • Support all aspects of personnel security management associated with Honeywell’s public sector initiatives, working directly with government partners to ensure compliance.
  • Manage security onboarding, required reporting and approvals, and personnel readiness efforts to ensure staff can support government security compliance programs.
  • Liaison with Government security representatives, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with clearances and facilities.
  • Support all federal inspections, audits, and incident investigations, maintaining a best-in-class compliance record.
  • Lead internal risk assessments, on-site audits, and validations across corporate sites, foreign suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.
  • Develop advanced security training across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain and industrial security; at least 2+ years in CTPAT administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in non-U.S. government security compliance.
  • Deep understanding of physical security measures including access control, cameras, and asset protection.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Skills

  • Have 5+ years of experience in supply chain and industrial security; at least 2+ years in CTPAT administration.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in non-U.S. government security compliance.
  • Deep understanding of physical security measures including access control, cameras, and asset protection.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSPC), Spanish-language skills.
