Responsibilities
- Support strategic and tactical operations for Honeywell’s non-U.S. government security compliance programs.
- Serve as Honeywell’s supply chain security experts and CTPAT Administrator to ensure internal processes and procedures are developed to meet U.S. government requirements.
- Ensure programs, processes, resources, and facilities meet and exceed required standards, with ongoing audits and readiness checks.
- Support all aspects of personnel security management associated with Honeywell’s public sector initiatives, working directly with government partners to ensure compliance.
- Manage security onboarding, required reporting and approvals, and personnel readiness efforts to ensure staff can support government security compliance programs.
- Liaison with Government security representatives, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with clearances and facilities.
- Support all federal inspections, audits, and incident investigations, maintaining a best-in-class compliance record.
- Lead internal risk assessments, on-site audits, and validations across corporate sites, foreign suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.
- Develop advanced security training across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain and industrial security; at least 2+ years in CTPAT administration.
- 3+ years of experience in non-U.S. government security compliance.
- Deep understanding of physical security measures including access control, cameras, and asset protection.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Skills
- Have 5+ years of experience in supply chain and industrial security; at least 2+ years in CTPAT administration.
- Have 3+ years of experience in non-U.S. government security compliance.
- Deep understanding of physical security measures including access control, cameras, and asset protection.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSPC), Spanish-language skills.
