Collateral Program Security Rep

Responsibilities
- Enforce government and company security policies and provide direction and guidance to program personnel
- Interface with program managers and team members ensuring daily security needs are addressed
- Provide prime/subcontractor security support and direction including the development and maintenance of DD254’s and security guidance
- Develop and revise program level security plans, procedures and instructions
- Develop and provide security education and awareness training, and conduct security briefings
- Support other security disciplines with the collateral and SAP program to include: Personnel Security, Physical Security, Information Assurance (IA), Communications Security (COMSEC), Operational Security (OPSEC), Document Control and Visitor Control
- Interpret government and internal company policies, develop, and implement security plans and procedures utilizing the new 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) as well as any other specific programmatic instruction manuals
- Review, draft, and ensure compliance for all collateral DD254’s
- Assist with international requirements to include government to government shipments, foreign visitor requirements, and Export Control compliance
- Support the site’s Information Security (INFOSEC) office with document control and document accountability
- Support the site’s Emergency Response Plan
- Conduct combination changes, facility checks and alarm response, and also provide occasional lobby coverage
- Provide security guidance to company personnel
- Conduct security clearance indoctrination briefings and debriefings as necessary
- Conduct investigations and interviews of non-compliance matters and issues relating to security violations
- Participate as a team member in misc. groups (e.g., Site Leadership Team, Insider Threat Local Counsel, etc.)
- Completes appropriate documentation according to company and government directives
- Support the site’s security reviews to include Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) visits, formal self-inspections, and Staff Assistance Visits (internal audits) of other BAE Systems facilities
- Support the site’s Information Security (INFOSEC) office with document control and document accountability
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
An active Secret Security Clearance with Top Secret Clearance eligibility with 4 or more years of relevant security experience to the position
National Industrial Security Program (NISP) experience
High level of personal motivation and initiative to learn and acquire new skills, and adapt seamlessly to an ever-changing security environment
Customer focused, excellent communicator, and ability to work with limited supervision
Strong organizational skills and experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma
Previous experience with DISS, NISS, and SIMS
Previous experience with alarm systems
Facility Security Officer Program Management for Possessing Facilities Certificate (via CDSE)
Top Secret security clearance eligibility
