Collaboration - Exchange & Email Security Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and optimize Exchange Online environments.
• Administer and enhance email security tools, focusing on spam/phishing protection, threat remediation, and secure messaging.
• Implement and maintain policies for data loss prevention, retention, encryption, and mailbox governance across the organization.
• Troubleshoot complex email delivery issues, perform root-cause analysis, and lead efforts to improve system resilience and user experience.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to design and enforce best-practice configuration, respond to emerging threats, and support ongoing operational improvements.

Requirements

• 60 credit hours toward a related Bachelor's Degree, OR Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, OR High School Diploma/GED/HiSET with two years of experience in computer systems, repairs, and operations.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Exchange Online and Proofpoint Email Security Services with the opportunity to learn/support other M365 platforms.
• Team player, good work ethic, and eagerness to improve skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Able to collaborate with varying levels of professional staff, consultants, and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a related Bachelor's Degree, Associate’s Degree, or High School Diploma/GED/HiSET with relevant experience.

Pay

• The entry salary is posted above, with the intermediate starting salary of $56,712.48, and a senior starting salary of $61,249.44.

• This position may be filled at one of the three levels based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.
