Responsibilities
- Maintain operational readiness and maximize production efficiency of Cold Form Press Lines and Extrusion Line production equipment.
- Make production parts, perform basic troubleshooting, and make basic repairs to the Cold Form equipment on these production lines.
- Maintain established quality standards as required by Stryten Energy and customer needs.
- Communicate with Cold Form Technicians, Cold Form Tool and Machine repair person(s), Cold Form Manufacturing Engineer, and Cold Form Manager when problems and issues with production arise.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned by the Cold Form Manager.
- Report unsafe conditions to the Supervisor for immediate action.
Requirements
- Tenth (10) grade reading, addition, division, fractions, decimals, and communications skills.
- Well-motivated self-starter who works well with others and without supervision, showing professionalism in all areas of daily work.
- Satisfactory work history (attendance and performance).
- Basic mechanical skills and proficiency in using basic hand tools.
- Proficiency and accuracy in using Go/No go Gages.
- Ability to maintain efficient operation of Cold Form Press Lines and Extrusion Lines to manufacture quality parts at standard rates.
- Ability to handle large work (25lbs minimum).
- Flexibility and readiness for innovations to move the company forward.

Pay and Schedule
- Pay rate = $20.12 plus $1.00/hour for Night shift
- Schedule - 2,2,3 for Days and Nights
