For over 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and accident or sports-related head injuries.

We are seeking a dedicated Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist to support our clients in rebuilding critical skills and regaining independence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted cognitive rehabilitation therapy focusing on memory, executive functioning, comprehension, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct therapy evaluations and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to design, monitor, and adapt individualized care plans.
• Provide direct guidance and supervision (ranging from minimal to maximum assistance) to help clients achieve their treatment milestones.
• Train and support client families, employers, and care networks to ensure long-term success and seamless discharge planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in neurological rehabilitation or direct client care preferred.
• Excellent written communication, organizational habits, time management, and strong interpersonal skills for direct family and interdisciplinary contact.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Patient, positive approach to client interactions.
