Cognitive Neurologist/Dementia Specialist

This full-time role is for a board-certified or eligible Neurologist with fellowship training or a special interest in Cognitive Neurology. Primary responsibilities include outpatient care within a Comprehensive Dementia Program, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes neuropsychologists, APPs, nurses, social workers, and a care navigator. The position offers opportunities for dementia research and involvement in therapeutic drug trials. Additional duties encompass participation in hospital admission services, stroke and telestroke care, and limited inpatient consults. The role includes teaching Neurology residents, fellows, and medical students. The compensation package features a base salary of $330,000, with potential for recruitment, relocation, productivity, and quality incentives. The role is based at a facility equipped with MRI and neurodiagnostic labs, supporting patient-centered, community-based care in a vibrant coastal community with rich cultural and recreational amenities.
