About the role
The Borough of Tenafly is seeking a full-time Code Enforcement Officer.
Responsibilities
- Enforce residential and commercial compliance with various municipal ordinances.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- May work evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of Mitchell Humphrey code enforcement program preferred but not required.
- Prior municipal experience desired.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in governmental administration, criminal justice, or related fields preferred.
Skills
- Reading and writing English.
- Good verbal skills.

$45,000.00 to $55,000.00 annually.
