Responsibilities
- Aid in transporting money and chips.
- Control access to restricted areas.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and employee incidents and accidents.
- Write reports.
- Maintain records of customer and employee passage in and out of the casino.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
- Casino experience preferred.
- Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written.
