Cocktail Server Diablo's Cantina - MGM National Harbor

The Job

Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
Garnish and serve cocktails to guests.
Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
Provide answers to guest inquiries about hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities.
Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, inspecting cleanliness, and preparing service areas.
Resolve guest complaints within your scope of authority or escalate issues to management when necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

Must be 21 years or older.
