About the role

The Server at The Grand Bohemian Charlotte, Autograph Collection is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, managing guest orders, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests
• Receive and deliver guests' orders and collect payment
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings
• Maximize productivity, identify and solve problems as necessary

Requirements

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to listen and clarify concerns
• Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
• Physical requirements: flexible and long hours, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, standing for entire shift, maneuvering throughout the dining area

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
