Coating Operator - PM SHIFT - (Fri/Sat/Sun) - 10pm to 10am

About the role

This position operates automatic and manual coating furnace equipment of varying complexity in various production processes in accordance with operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including powder mixers, powder sifters, grit blast machines, coating furnaces, and coating control panels
• Pack parts into tooling and fill with coating powders
• Load/unload parts and start/end coating runs in the coating furnace
• Unload parts from tooling and demask masked parts
• Work in other departments as needed to maintain production flow and meet customer commitments

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience involving similar equipment, processes, tools, and machining operations
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Physical ability to stand, bend, sit, lift up to 50 lbs, and drive a forklift
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperature, noise levels, and other factors

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Aerospace industry experience

Pay

Work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours.
