Coat Check Attendant - MGM Springfield

The Job

As a Coat Check Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. In this role, here at MGM Springfield you will use your 2+ years of customer service experience to collect, transport, store, and return coats and jackets for guests.

• Create positive experiences that guests will remember far beyond their stay with us.

The Ideal Candidate

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience
• Guest service experience or Customer service experience is preferred
• Willing and able to work a part-time schedule consisting of overnights Sunday through Wednesday, 10:30PM - 7:15AM, this includes weekends and holidays
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
