Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and patrons
- Ensure patron coats, bags, hats, umbrellas, etc. are taken and hung in the coat check room and give tickets to patrons to retrieve their item(s) at any time
- Effectively and accurately work with cash
- These duties may change as Lyric’s leadership identifies the need at any time
Knowledge and Skills
- Must be pleasant and friendly and exemplify high-level customer service at all times
- Must have previous experience handling cash
- Must be punctual and responsible
- Must be available to work all of the matinee, evening and weekend performances
- Able to stand for long periods of time
Compensation
Job Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Seasonal
Salary is $13.99 /hour - This position is eligible to receive tips.
