Attendant w/Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Guide cars onto the tunnel conveyor and lightly scrub the fronts and backs of vehicles.
• Assist guests with transactions and ensure the site is kept clean for a delightful guest experience.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Safely load vehicles onto the car wash conveyor.
• Clean the tunnel and equipment.

Maintenance Lead Responsibilities

• Complete all online trainings, pass the online test, and complete in-person training per merit.
• Stay up-to-date on applicable trainings, including new or updated ones.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the backroom, including tools, workbench, spare parts, and chemicals.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on equipment, such as greasing bearings, oil changes, belt replacements, and filter cleanings.
• Conduct conveyor checks to ensure proper tension and smooth operation.
• Keep checklists and work orders in MaintainX up-to-date with accurate information.
• Complete minor repairs, including bearings, shocks, spindles, oil changes, solenoids, and valves.
• Assist with larger repairs, such as wrap replacement, blowers, and Top Brush Repair, with or without a Maintenance Technician.
• Work flexible hours before or after site operating hours as needed.
• Demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position.
• Stay updated on company policies and affairs through internal resources.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Ability to work in changing environments and stand for the full shift.

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking and standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Stand for long periods during shifts.
• Maintain a sense of urgency while staying friendly and courteous.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
