Attendant w/Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Guide cars onto the tunnel conveyor and lightly scrub the fronts and backs of vehicles.
• Assist guests with transactions and ensure the site is kept clean to provide a delightful experience.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Safely load vehicles onto the car wash conveyor.
• Clean the tunnel and equipment.

Maintenance Lead Responsibilities

• Complete all online trainings, pass the online test, and complete in-person training per merit.
• Stay up-to-date on applicable trainings pertaining to their tier and associated trainings as new ones are launched or updated.
• Maintain the cleaning and organization of the backroom, including tools, workbench, spare parts, chemical organization, and overall cleaning.
• Perform all equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM), such as greasing bearings, oil changes, belt replacements, filter cleanings, and other items on the PM Checklist.
• Ensure proper tension and smooth operation of the conveyor by conducting proper conveyor checks.
• Keep checklists and work orders on MaintainX up-to-date with accurate information pertaining to any PM or repair work orders.
• Complete minor repairs such as bearings, shocks, spindles, oil changes, solenoids, and valves.
• Assist with larger repairs, such as wrap replacement, blowers, Top Brush Repair, and other maintenance items, with or without a Maintenance Technician.
• Work flexible hours before a site opens or after a site closes.
• Demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position and stay updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Able to work in changing environments and stand for a full shift.

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking and standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Stand for long periods during shift while maintaining a sense of urgency, friendliness, and courtesy.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
