Attendant w/Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Guiding cars onto the tunnel conveyor
• Lightly scrubbing the fronts and backs of vehicles
• Assisting guests with transactions
• Ensuring that the site is kept clean to provide a delightful experience for guests
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellately job-related duties as assigned
• Safely loading vehicles onto the car wash conveyor
• Cleaning the tunnel and equipment

Maintenance Lead Responsibilities

• Complete all online trainings, pass the online test, and complete in-person training per merit
• Remain up-to-date on applicable trainings pertaining to tier and associated trainings as new trainings are launched or updated
• Cleaning and organization of the backroom of the car wash, including tools, work bench, spare parts, chemical organization, and overall cleaning
• Equipment Preventive Maintenance, including greasing bearings, oil changes, belt replacements, filter cleanings, and other items on the PM Checklist
• Ensure proper tension and smooth operation of the conveyor by conducting proper conveyor checks
• Keep checklists and work orders on MaintainX up-to-date with accurate information pertaining to any PM or repair work orders
• Complete minor repairs such as bearings, shocks, spindles, oil changes, solenoids and valves
• Assist with larger repairs as needed, such as wrap replacement, assisting with blowers, Top Brush Repair, and other maintenance items
• Work flexible hours before a site opens or after a site closes
• Demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position
• Remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing
• Work outside in varying weather conditions
• Stand for long periods of time during shift
• Have a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed
• Must be able to lift minimum 30 pounds
• Work in changing environments
• Stand full shift
