Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement plans
- Facilitate coalition building among various stakeholders
- Coordinate community events and workshops
- Evaluate and report on project outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Sociology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community development or related field
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with grant writing and proposal development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
