Job Summary

The Middle School Cheer Coach is responsible for leading and supervising the school's cheerleading team. This position focuses on introducing cheerleading fundamentals, promoting team spirit, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for student-athletes. The coach will plan and lead practices, support school events, and ensure the safety and development of all team members.

Requirements

• Experience coaching cheerleading at the middle school level or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field (not required but preferred)
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience with age-appropriate cheerleading techniques and routines
