About the role

Trinity Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable employee to join its community.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a private, Christian, independent, conservative, evangelical college preparatory school
  • Be a spiritually mature and sensitive individual, active in a local Christian church, whose beliefs align with TCA’s Mission Statement and mission, philosophy, passion, and core values
  • Model Christian virtue and personal decorum, serving as an example to parents and fellow employees in judgment, dignity, respect, and Christian living
  • Show a passion for their areas of specialty and the ability to communicate effectively with parents, alumni, and the TCA community
  • Welcome opportunities to disciple and mentor students, helping develop godly character in their lives

Requirements

Must have a desire to work in a private, Christian, independent, conservative, evangelical college preparatory school.

Qualifications

Must be a spiritually mature and sensitive individual who is active in their local Christian church whose beliefs are in alignment with TCA’s Mission Statement and understands, supports, and carries out the mission, philosophy, passion, and core values of Trinity Christian Academy and is committed to seeing these Biblical truths become a reality in the lives of our students.

Skills

Exhibits the highest Christian virtue and personal decorum, serving as a Christian role model (1 Timothy 4:12) both in and out of school (Luke 6:40) and as an example to parents and fellow employees in judgment, dignity, respect, and Christian living.
