Responsibilities
- Teach and coach essential volleyball skills
- Set-up equipment for each clinic
- Supervise children ages 7 to 13 years
Requirements
- Experience working with children preferred
- Experience as a coach/referee/player is preferred
- Knowledge of volleyball and its rules
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Must have reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
- Constant standing, walking, talking, hearing, and eye/hand/foot coordination
- Frequent repetitive motions to demonstrate and execute skills and exposure to a generally loud gymnasium environment
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling of 25lbs, stooping/crouching, sitting, climbing stairs/ladders throughout the building and on the court
Schedule
- Part-time, weekday evenings (Wednesday and Thursday) for skill clinics with 1st – 6th graders
- Games on Sunday afternoons
