Co-Worker Health RN/LPN

About the Role

The Co-worker Health Nurse provides essential health services to employees, including health assessments, immunizations, TB screenings, and first aid. This role manages OSHA compliance, maintains health records, and supports injury and illness management, including workers' compensation coordination. The nurse promotes wellness initiatives, educates staff, and ensures regulatory compliance while performing duties aligned with organizational values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, immunizations, and TB screenings for employees.
• Provide first aid and manage injury and illness cases, including workers' compensation coordination.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and accurate health records.
• Collaborate with departments and committees to support workplace health and safety.
• Promote wellness initiatives and educate staff on health-related topics.
• Ensure confidentiality and effective communication in all interactions.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN licensure.
• Hospital or clinical experience.
• Relevant certifications such as BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Physical ability to lift, stand for extended periods, and perform various movements.
