Co-Worker Health RN/LPN

About the role

Provide comprehensive health services to employees under the supervision of the Manager – Co-worker Health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, immunizations, and TB screenings for co-workers.
• Administer vaccines and perform respirator fit testing and training.
• Provide first aid and manage on-the-job injuries, supporting return-to-work processes.
• Serve as a potential Workers' Compensation coordinator, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and prepare reports for compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Promote wellness initiatives and participate in safety committees.

Requirements

• Current state RN licensure or LPN certification.
• Relevant hospital or clinical experience.
• For RNs: BLS certification; bachelor's degree preferred.
• For LPNs: BLS and IV certification preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.

Skills

• Knowledge of immunizations, OSHA regulations, and safety protocols.
