Co-Worker Health RN/LPN

Responsibilities

• Conducting health assessments, immunizations, TB screenings, and respirator fit testing for co-workers.
• Providing first aid and managing on-the-job injuries, including workers' compensation coordination.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, and maintaining health records.
• Promoting wellness initiatives, safety committees, and health education.
• Preparing reports to support compliance and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure or LPN certification, with relevant clinical experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• RN candidates: BLS certification; LPN candidates: BLS and IV certification preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
