Responsibilities
- Support the execution of personalization and new user experience initiatives across web, mobile, and Connected TV (CTV) platforms
- Analyze user behavior, engagement funnels, and content performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Build queries, dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to support product decisions
- Absorb experimentation analysis, instrumentation validation, and product performance monitoring
- Cook up initiatives across Product, Engineering, CRM, Analytics, and Content teams
- Prepare product documentation, timelines, executive summaries, meeting notes, and stakeholder follow-ups
- Track project dependencies, blockers, risks, and delivery progress for strategic initiatives
- Support operational execution and reporting for personalization programs and feature launches
- Participate in initiatives related to recommendation systems, streaming innovation, and AI-driven user experiences
Requirements
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL, dashboards, and business intelligence concepts
- Understanding of product funnels, KPIs, and data-informed decision making
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in streaming, media, entertainment, personalization, recommendation systems, or consumer technology
- Familiarity with analytics and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar platforms
- Exposure to experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or product analytics concepts
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Basic understanding of APIs, event instrumentation, or data pipelines
- Curiosity about AI-driven product experiences and personalization strategies
- Spanish proficiency is a plus, as many stakeholders are based across LATAM and much of ViX content is in Spanish
