Work Experiences You Could Be Exposed To

  • Market Dynamics: Immerse yourself in primary research and collaborate with dynamic teams assisting clients in navigating market trends and refining competitive strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Support operational improvement by designing models for a seamless client experience, contributing to heightened efficiency and effectiveness in operational processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand and document requirements, collaborating with diverse teams to capture and synthesize essential information.
  • Project Exposure: Gain hands-on experience shadowing product teams and enterprise-wide data integrations. Contribute to data analytics assessments and actively participate in cloud migration and system implementations across major platforms.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a university degree with a track-record of academic success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building, while managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
  • Initiative and passion to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills while embracing a growth mindset to assimilate diverse viewpoints.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening; willingness to adapt and take ownership of tasks and challenges.
  • Ability to work in-office, on-site in State College, PA during the academic year.
  • Ability to work up to 20 hours per week when classes are in session (e.g., fall and spring semesters) and availability to potentially work up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks (e.g., summer).
  • Interest in and knowledge/experience with SAP Software, through previous internships, personal/academic projects, or learning.

Preferred Skills

  • Understand clients’ needs and challenges, applying a creative and logical approach to identify solutions.
  • Foundational quantitative analysis skills and ability to develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Exposure to one of the following programming technologies is a plus: ABAP, SAP BTP JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL.

Schedule

  • Up to 20 hours per week during academic semesters.
  • Up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks (e.g., summer).
