About the role
Join IBM's Oracle Cloud Practice as an Associate and gain hands-on experience helping clients modernize their business processes through cutting-edge cloud solutions. Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions, such as Oracle, to meet client needs.
- Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management.
- Run or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
- Use IBM's Design Thinking to help solve client challenges.
- Translate business solutions into technical requirements.
- Assist clients in the design, business architecture, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications.
- Handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in an environment with conflicting demands.
- Leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (required).
- Preferred majors: MIS, Business/Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources.
- Client-facing internships, consulting clubs, strong process orientation, and documentation skills.
- Exposure to enterprise software or business processes; experience with Oracle Cloud or other packaged applications is a plus.
- Coursework, capstones, part-time jobs, or internships related to business processes in Finance (ERP), HR (HCM), Supply Chain (SCM), or Customer Experience (CX).
Skills
- Exposure to AI-driven tools to analyze data or improve workflow efficiency.
- Exposure to SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, Excel modeling, process mapping, or basic ABAP is a plus.
