Responsibilities
- Immerse in primary research to assist clients in understanding market trends and refining their competitive strategies.
- Support operational improvement by developing process maps for application package solutions like SAP or Salesforce.
- Engage stakeholders through workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather and synthesize essential information.
- Gain hands-on experience by shadowing product teams and participating in data integrations and cloud migrations.
- Contribute to data analytics assessments and actively participate in system implementations across major platforms.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- Strong interpersonal skills to enhance collaboration and manage dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
- Initiative and passion to seek new knowledge and improve skills, embracing a growth mindset.
- Leadership experience and effective communication skills, including active listening and the ability to take ownership of tasks and challenges.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance, if required.
- Ability to work in-office in State College, PA during the academic year, and up to 20 hours per week during work terms when classes are in session, and up to 40 hours per week during work terms during academic breaks, with the potential to travel or relocate as needed during breaks.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Preferred education includes a bachelor's degree.
- Experience with one of the following packaged application solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
- Foundational quantitative analysis skills and ability to develop data-driven recommendations.

Pay and Schedule
