Your Key Responsibilities

  • Receive a project description during the onboarding process.
  • Examples of projects include:
    • Defining and documenting process parameters
    • Supporting design efforts for product development
    • Quantifying and leading actions needed for scrap reduction
  • Be responsible, capable of working independently, and open to learning.
  • Gain developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler’s manufacturing and technological processes.
  • Understand and contribute to the achievement of quality objectives as outlined in the Quality Policy and Procedures.

Your Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be pursuing an academic degree.
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Assertive problem-solving abilities.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively.
  • The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift up to thirty pounds.
