Your Key Responsibilities

• Receive a project description during the onboarding process.
• Examples of projects include:
• Defining and documenting process parameters
• Supporting design efforts for product development
• Quantifying and leading actions needed for scrap reduction
• Be responsible, capable of working independently, and open to instruction.
• Gain developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler’s manufacturing and technological processes.
• Understand and contribute to the achievement of quality objectives based on the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures.

Your Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be pursuing an academic degree
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
• Assertive in problem-solving
• Prioritize tasks effectively
• The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift up to thirty pounds
• Authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
