Your Key Responsibilities
- Receive a project description during the onboarding process.
- Examples of projects include:
- Defining and documenting process parameters
- Supporting design efforts for product development
- Quantifying and leading actions needed for scrap reduction
- Be responsible, capable of working independently, and open to instruction.
- Gain developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler’s manufacturing and technological processes.
- Understand and contribute to the achievement of quality objectives based on the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures.
Your Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be pursuing an academic degree
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Assertive in problem-solving
- Prioritize tasks effectively
- The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift up to thirty pounds
- Authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
