Your Key Responsibilities The student will be provided a project description during the onboarding process. Project examples include: Defining and documenting process parametersSupport design efforts for product developmentQuantify and lead actions needed for scrap reduction Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction S/he will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processesKnow and understand the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contributes to the achievement of the quality objectives Your Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentMust be pursuing an academic degreeMaintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semesterExperience in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication ability (written &verbal)Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve resultsAssertive approach to solving problemsAbility to prioritizeThe ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty poundsExternal applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship We look forward to your application.
