Co-Occurring Clinical Team Manager

The Co-Occurring Clinical Team Manager (CTM) oversees all care provided on the multidisciplinary Co-Occurring treatment team, ensuring integration between roles and adherence to the mission of the CBHC, providing wrap around quality care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Partnering with director level management to align team with CBHC values and mission
2. Clinical supervision
3. Coordination of care between staff roles on the team
4. Assuring principles of harm reduction and self determination
5. Problem solving barriers to care
6. Managing team member productivity
7. Managing various work flows

Qualifications

• Independent Licensure of LMHC or LICSW - $82,750.30/salaried
• Doctor of Psychology / PsyD - $84,872.11/salaried
• Language differential available for Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole - additional $0.96/hourly
