Responsibilities
- Mentorship and development of veterinary team members
- Serving as a role model and mentor to veterinary team members
- Supporting hospital culture and employee retention
- Ensuring high-quality patient care and client service
- Identifying opportunities for hospital growth and innovation
- Collaborating on medical standards and best practices
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates
- Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
- Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
- Minimum of three years of clinical veterinary experience
Qualifications
- Preferred experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
- Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
- Strong mentorship, communication, and leadership skills

Pay
Competitive base salary based on experience
Schedule
Full-time preferred, Four 10-hour days ideal, Monday–Saturday scheduling flexibility, No after-hours emergencies, No on-call responsibilities, Part-time candidates may also be considered
