Veterinarian - East Ridge Animal Hospital (Klamath Falls, OR)

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive veterinary care to a variety of species including dogs, cats, exotics, and pocket pets.
- Perform routine and complex medical procedures under the supervision of licensed veterinarians.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results to diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for each patient.
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
Requirements
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an ACVIM accredited institution.
- Current Oregon State Veterinarian license.
- Experience in small animal medicine and surgery is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passing scores on the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE).
