Join our team! East Bend Animal Hospital seeks a Medical Director to lead our team in Bend, Oregon.

Our caseload includes spays and neuters, mass removals, eyelid surgeries, foreign body surgeries, cystotomies, amputations, and FHOs. We have modern equipment and facilities, including a double dental suite, fully equipped surgical suite, in-house laboratory, Navi ultrasound, digital radiography, Digatherm, cold laser therapy, and alternative medicine options like nutrition, supplements, herbs, and CBD.
Our Support Team
We have an exceptional support team consisting of 4 Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs), skilled veterinary assistants, and a strong doctor-to-technician support ratio. We also have two clinic cats.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
- Base salary: $150,000 - $190,000, depending on experience and schedule
- Production bonus

Qualifications
- Required:
- DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine (or equivalent certification for international graduates)
- Successful completion of the NAVLE
- Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
- Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics (preferred)
- Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, emergency medicine, or companion animal medicine (preferred)
- Leadership experience or interest in veterinary leadership (preferred)
- Strong communication and team-building skills (preferred)
