Hammocks Veterinary Hospital – Since 1989, Hammocks Veterinary Hospital has provided comprehensive veterinary care through wellness services, advanced diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and medical case management. The hospital serves a diverse client population, making bilingual (English/Spanish) communication highly valued.

Together, these hospitals provide an exciting opportunity to lead two established practices with complementary teams, diverse caseloads, and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited veterinary school
• Active (or eligible) Florida veterinary license
• 5+ years of small animal clinical experience preferred
• Previous Medical Director or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, mentorship, and leadership skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Passion for progressive medicine, coaching others, and building high-performing teams
