Responsibilities

• Retrieve and provide patient results to requesting physician practices
• Demonstrate service excellence to all callers while effectively and efficiently addressing their needs or resolving their concerns
• Comply with HIPAA compliance and standards at all times

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification/experience
• Significant customer service and/or call center environment experience
• Medical terminology preferred (written and oral)
• Bilingual highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high call volume call center
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Pay

Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.94 per hour depending on experience.
