CNC Training Specialist

About the role

Develop and deliver CNC, manufacturing, and safety training programs for shop-floor employees, including onboarding, skills development, and training.

Partner with leadership to identify training needs, create training materials, and improve workforce capabilities.

Lead site safety initiatives by conducting audits, ensuring OSHA compliance, developing safety procedures, and driving corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • CNC machining experience
  • 2+ years of technical training experience
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Safety/OSHA knowledge
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred

  • Swiss lathe experience
  • OSHA 10 certification

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Arlington Heights, IL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00/yr.
