Job Description
Deliver classroom lessons and practical training on CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines.
Teach G-code programming, CAM software usage, and blueprint reading.
Instruct on precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers, plus GD&T standards.
Adapt teaching methods to support different skill levels and learning styles.
Ensure their training methods and style are effective and up to date. This includes self-assessment, feedback from others, researching teaching methods, and attending educational training sessions.
Requirements
- Experience using CNC equipment and knowledge of manufacturing policies and practices.
- 2+ years of previous experience teaching/working on CNC equipment (Lathes, mills, and/or Swiss machines).
- 2+ years in a manufacturing machining environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
