CNC Tool Crib Attendant
About the Role
Novolex is seeking a CNC Tool Crib Attendant to set up tooling for our CNC mills in Cedar Rapids. This position offers immediate hiring with a climate-controlled work environment.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay
Starting pay rate: $28.94/hour. Structured increases at milestones:
- 3 Months: $29.35/hour
- 6 Months: $29.87/hour
- 9 Months: $30.36/hour
- 12 Months: $30.88/hour
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC machine tooling accurately and in a timely manner to ensure readiness for operators.
- Ensure tooling setups are free of issues for operators.
- Complete other assigned duties promptly.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience with machine tooling.
- Ability to understand work instructions and tooling set-up drawings.
