We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us? The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They say do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About Us: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description. The allowed headings include "About the role". But we could use "About Us"? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Probably we should stick to those headings if applicable. "About Us" could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could include a section "About the role" summarizing the job description. However they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So we can have "About the role" as a heading with description of role. We have "Job Description:" then description of role. So we can put that under

About the role

with paragraphs. Then we have "Key Responsibilities:" list. So we can have

Responsibilities

with
  • . Then we have "Basic Qualifications and Requirements:" which includes high school diploma, 4+ years experience. Also there is mention of "Working knowledge of MAPICS and MS Office", "good communication", etc. Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications or Skills. The instruction includes headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide where to put each piece. We have "Basic Qualifications and Requirements:" includes education and experience. Also later: "Utilize a variety of precision measuring instruments... Knowledge of grinding methods... Be able to read and understand drawings... Judgement to be able to select and set cutting tools... Working knowledge of MAPICS and MS Office. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; be able to independently solve problems while interacting with various teams... Must be capable of multi-tasking... positive attitude...". Those are skills/qualifications. We could combine them under

    Qualifications

(or Requirements). Since they said "Basic Qualifications and Requirements:" we could use

    Qualifications

    for education+experience, and

    Skills

for the skill list. Or we could put all under Requirements. But better to split: Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for abilities. We also have pay range: "The approximate pay range for this position is $24 - $34/hour." plus note about estimate. That's substantive pay info, so we should include a Pay section. According to instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Pay is stated, so we can include

    Pay

with paragraph. We have no explicit Schedule or Benefits mentioned besides generic statement about benefits? Not in the text. There's no benefits list. So we omit Benefits and Schedule. We also have "At Barry-Wehmiller we recognize that people come with a wealth of experience..." that's EEO boilerplate; we should remove that as it's equal-opportunity boilerplate. Also "Please let us know if you require reasonable accommodations..." that's also EEO/accommodation statement; remove. Also "Barry-Wehmiller is an equal opportunity employer. M/F/D/V" remove. Also "This organization uses E-Verify..." remove. Also "Applicants may be subject to pre-employment screening..." remove. Also "Company: BW Papersystems" maybe minor metadata; we could fold into a short p or drop. Probably drop. Also "For more information, visit bwpapersystems.com." That's part of About Us; we can keep. Thus final HTML:

But note some overlap with responsibilities; we might be duplicating. However we need to preserve all substantive info; duplication is okay if it's present in original. But we should avoid unnecessary duplication? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It doesn't forbid duplication. However we might want to avoid repeating same bullet under both Responsibilities and Skills. But the original had those items listed under responsibilities (some were also skills). Actually the original list under "Key Responsibilities:" includes many items that are both responsibilities and skills. The "Basic Qualifications and Requirements:" includes education/experience. Then after that there is a paragraph about "At Barry-Wehmiller ..." which we removed. The skills list is actually embedded within the responsibilities paragraph after "Key Responsibilities:"?
