CNC Supervisor

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

• Directs the workflow of hourly team members during day shift operations and plans workflow for evening and night shifts, coordinating with supervisors and area team leaders.
• Communicates safety, quality performance expectations, productivity, and accountability to employees.
• Administers company policies and practices fairly, providing corrective action plans and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Communicates effectively with leadership and peers about issues arising during the shift.
• Trains new employees in responsible areas.
• Safeguards work areas to meet health, safety, environmental, and 6S standards, including training in emergency response and waste management.
• Fosters a lean, high-performance culture that values goal achievement and continuous improvement.

• Hourly personnel including Team Leaders on all shifts.
