About the Role

This position is for the Carbide Pressing team in Bedford, PA, operating on a 3rd shift schedule (11PM - 7AM, Sunday - Thursday). The role involves daily set-up, maintenance, operations, and running of an EP 30 Pressing Machine that is numerical controlled (NC) with attached robotics.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment to safely operate complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture and packaging of various products.
• Follow blueprints, guidelines, diagrams, and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
• Execute equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustained production.
• Modify existing equipment and assist in designing new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement, providing quality control and in-process production testing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
